Firstly, sorry for the late reply! 
This is so intricate, it’s kind of a shame how small the image is - I’d really like to be able to examine and appreciate all the little happenings inside it. The figure on our left is really nicely defined - the areas of solid black and spare white offer a great place for the viewer to pause. I also like the variation of hatching on the central figure. The figure on our right could use a bit more definition, either by accentuating his shoes, or darkening and defining his coat. I like the background on our right much more than on the left - it feels intentional yet still in keeping with the chaotic mood. The other side could use more structure, for lack of a better word, or just a better sense of depth. The rising rays in the corner are great, so maybe a rising sun theme could have been explored. You’re demonstrating a good understanding of form in this, and I love the tilting, tortured perspective. Just a little more control would make it really shine.
